I just want to make sure I share this. Getting your passport in this location is the easiest! They make sure all your paper works are complete before it gets submitted. It’s a small post office building but the staff here are just AMAZING! They are so kind and so friendly! Thank you guys for helping our family and being a big help in our community! Stay awesome!

The clerk who waited on me was just awful, she obviously hates her job, she should not be in CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. So unprofessional and miserable, all the time.

The staff at the Adelphia, NJ location are always quick, helpful, accurate and friendly. It’s not even my town’s post office but i prefer it by far! =)
