Glad you asked. I have contacted the 1800 ask USPS number and I got several numbers where we can call and file a complain. Also I able to speak to the rep and she to took my personal number. Last week Thursday I receive a call from the manager located in Paulison ave location and she was able to hear my complains. She was told everything about what happened last weekend including not opening the door on time.

According to what I heard while I was there they only doing passport but she referred a customer to the other postal office in clifton

No packages, is open only for passport, clerk told me package during Monday’s thru Saturday... no place for packages on Sunday, I went in person

This place is horrible, had a 1pm appointment to do my passport on to find a note stating “out to lunch from 1-2” ... So I speak to the lady in the back who turned out to be extremely rude, her way to resolve this was for me to just leave. So I asked to speak to her supervisor, she laughed while saying “You want to speak to the supervisor? Ok” as if she already knew that he was going to be just as rude. Long story short he was just as rude and said “You don’t have to wait if you don’t want to, you can leave. I don’t know what we can do for you”. That was from their supervisor, no wonder why their workers don’t care how they speak to people because their supervisors are just as bad if not worse. Then the post office wonders why they are going under... smh

The first step is to get a copy of your birth certificate. Contact the township that issued your original certificate. Once you get that you will have to a apply for a new passport

I believe that has to be at a Passport Agency, closest in this area is NYC. Try making an appointment online at passport appointment.travel.state.gov, you will be able to look up the closest facility that does expedited passports

I was in Hackensack last Tim e And was Great. People very trendy. It was in And out.. Paulison office is the worst..
