Then why is the site saying mobile homes for rent?
The homes are only for sale, there are no rental units. Space rent varies from 650 to 1800, depending on age, size, etc. and is under yearly rent control by the city. They sell from 300-500k, again due to size, age, lot. The are a few for sale, and many have open house on the weekends.
