This store needs a crash coarse on common courtesy and overall staff training on customer service skills. Johnny needs to get out of customer driven jobs since he stated "cant be bothered" by my service needs. What a joke of an excuse for a male. He treats people with a lack of respect. UPS would be wise to completely start over with management and staff. What a waste of a location.

I have never met a more tone-deaf, attitude ridden location. I’ve had to come here twice and both times I’ve been serviced with different people and it’s wild at the ignorant tones when spoken to, lack of customer driven focus and just overall entitlement (saying “I’ve got things to do and you’re wasting my time”) I’ve gotten here. I clarified options with Johnny on some tape needed, since Amazon didn’t say I needed to package a box and I didn’t understand why he’s asking me to pay, because he had to repeat himself he almost refused service to me indicating I’m playing games. I own service driven companies and if I knew my staff acted or responded in the manner he did. Instantly terminated. Absolutely unacceptable service every time I’ve come here. Amazon needs to pull them as a resource! These people are miserable to deal with even though THEY CHOSE TO WORK HERE! Avoid this location if possible.

Amazing experience, the guy who was working there was so professional and helpful. He packed up my box I was sending out and just made it an overall amazing experience. Awesome store and service

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! There is a UPS store on Cedar Springs that has way better customer service and care for your package. The store manager Johnny enjoys berating customers and lying to corporate about the customer experience. The lack of care or customer service at this location is very evident and you're better off spending your money somewhere else.
