The ups driver is terrible. He has lost my wife’s packages so many times. He either leaves the packages on the parcel locker room floor or places them in the wrong lockers to where someone else takes it! He expects Savoye tenants to turn in lost packages they received by accident but that rarely happens since folks are dishonest. The driver never takes accountability for anything! Why is this guy not fired yet? I questioned him about the lost packages and he acts like he doesn’t know what’s going on. He is always on his phone and not paying attention to his tasks. This guy is completely incompetent. Please fire this guy ASAP. If everyone is saying the same thing about this guy then that should tell you something. And don’t let me get started on the ups customer service. The agents you talk to aren’t even in the USA. They seem to never know what’s going on or they have bad attitude’s. I’m sick and tired of having to deal with foolish individuals . You people cant even do a simple job!!!!!

Didn’t even knock or ring my doorbell, just left a note saying “we missed you”. Now I have to wait an additional day for an urgent package. If I had a choice I never would have used this disaster of a delivery company

They are super quick in response to package pickup or delivery services when visited in person. This is excellent. But if you have to get a package delivered to your address, they mislead with incorrect information updates on the tracking number.

I talked to my coordinator at the time i was working another seasonal job. I already did online part . I need do rest of application i 9 , w2 . This is not my first season this will be my 4th season if I could find a working number to the hub not the customer service center
