Great management. Great maintenance team. Simi-safe gated community. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the pool needs to be controlled more. On Sundays when the leasing office is closed people throw large parties with loud music all day long at the pool. Other than that its a great community to live in. Pet friendly! We could use more/larger laundries (; !

Horrible management! Laundry room is always dirty. Machines are always broken and do not get fixed in months! Water bill is insane, super expensive. They say rent is high because they are a prestigious company. The premises sure don't show it. Garbage disposals are disgusting!!! Do not live here! And if you do decide to, READ your contract lease.

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.
