I am purchasing a motorcycle that has been in a garage for 6 years and has not been registered during that time period. Am I responsible for the back registration or can I or the current owner sign a statement of facts to get the fees waved?

@Doug Lanagan yes you would be responsible for any fees they will not waive them. I just went through this I dought a classic car that hasn't been registered for 14 years I had to pay $760
