I received poor communication, and spent 4 hours for a diagnostic test to which the problem was unfixable until the next day when the part would be available. Finally 13 days later the part came in, it took 4 more hours to replace the part that takes roughly 45 minutes to do correctly. I was charged for 8 hrs of labor for a 75 dollar part.It should have been closer to 2hrs of labor max 3. I’ve been a Loyal customer of jimmy granger for 12 years and loved all my other experiences with them. The up charge and misquote of price is unacceptable. The work that was done on my truck didn’t even come close to fixing the issue I took it in for. Do not use the service department they are bad mechanics and will not do right by the customer.
