I don't come to the post office often for the fact that everything is done on line now. We as a people have gotten not use to the human factor but today I realized why we need that the postal workers name is" Tara" she was patient and diligent to my needs and even though there's a 3 person inside rule she took that extra time to help me. She is actually what the old mail service use to be about patience and understanding. If the USPS needs a role model she is definitely the one.She gets the stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Worst customer service between the hours of 10 am and 12 noon on 9/6/22 . The Lady at the desk was poor in communication and reception. She open the slot without telling me to insert the package which I was unaware of. Her communication throughout the process was full of attitude.

Another great experience at this branch. Every checkout area had a USPS employee, the woman that helped me was professional and polite, A++ l. I drive 10 mins further to come to this branch.

While the service could leave more to be desired, it’s clear that these folks are miserable on the floor and behind those booths. When I was the only one in the lobby waiting to be attended to, the clerks complained about management for a solid 6 minutes straight while knowing I were there. About how a higher up sits in their air conditioned room, while they are in an area with very low fan ventilation and that it’s very uncomfortable. Which, I can see that—anyone can see that. Poor mandatory work conditions easily effect a person’s mood—and these clerks are humans before they are workers. They require better accommodations that won’t have them feeling pushed to the point that they don’t care if they’re griping around customers, making them wait almost 10 minutes due to complaints against the management and instead actually enjoying what they do in a comfortable environment that coaxes genuine joy from them—compared to having them feeling like they’re scraping the bottom of the barrel in a place they hate because it was all they could find in this economy. These clerks are not the only individuals running that post office, so it’s the ranking system that should be looked at; something should be done to enhance employment experiences. If you were forced to work in a heated box on your feet all day in a mandatory mask and plastic gloves, how happy would you be?! What kind of service would you provide, as a by-product to your stifling environment?
