I got a routine eye exam, and was quoted $105 for the exam (My second visit to them), that I paid in full after they said Tricare does not include vison plans. Two weeks later they sent me an additional bill for $249 ! I called and complained, and then they actually made a claim with Tricare after I refused to pay. Tricare eventually paid off on the claim. When you ask how much it is up front, Pay the entire bill, then they bill it again - Not Right, especially, to member of of U.S. Military. I will never go there again.

UNETHICAL sales people. Told us a coating HAD to be done to the lenses. I questioned why it was a separate charge then, and was told it HAD to be done. Only to go back when the lenses weren't made correctly and be told that they would remake them WITHOUT the coating that he said HAD to be done originally. Essentially SCAMMED us for almost $200. On what was already a several hundred dollar purchase. Greedy MF'rs

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was denied by the "doctor" My contacts because I was having trouble putting them in at the office after I explained I had been wearing them for a year already and that I'm use to it. I left the office without contact after they specifically had me try a pair on and was left with my eyes straining which put alot of pressure and cause me alot of headache and migraines. They had no consideration of my feelings and needs. God Bless them though I went to another doctor and was able to get my contacts
