Went in to renew my expired card. 09/01/2022 @ 4:10PM. Charged $150 and sent on my way. I asked for assistance with my expired card and did not receive any help. Had to call an office in Daytona.

hi i just had question regarding this i was recomenred by a friend and im new to this i recently lost my father to cancer and i have been breaking down in to panic attacks. what would i need to do to qualify for a medical card?

I am on disability for PTSD and bipolar I can't remember where I was diagnosed it was 15 years ago cam I bring I a form saying I am disability will that be enough
