Nice quiet clean family oriented living space, affordable laundry and bus picks up right next to the park. Store on site unfortunately is not affordable otherwise it would be the most perfect of places to live. Not to out of the way but still far enough to have quiet in a city that's never peaceful though still have access to all the amenities and easy to get right back into the thick of all things city. Love living here hope we stay for awhile

Wish they would take better care of the park. Needs gravel everywhere and visitor parking is non existent.

looking to rent and loved the inside not so sure about having no yard (very small chunk of grass) and no outside storage unless I buy a shed heck idk? Super nice staff!!

This place is nasty. We parked by the kids playground because it's next to the office and there were syringe caps from needles on the ground right around where the kids were playing. There was a bunch of nasty dilapidated trailers that were falling apart the trailer park was over full along the outsides of the streets outside of the trailer park were homeless camps everywhere that place was disgusting. Do not ever go there it's a nightmare!!!
