I have been a His and Her customer over 20 years. They USE TO to sell some of the best products out there. But here lately the quality has drastically changed. Hair mats, colors that I have bought for years are inconsistent but the price keeps going up. I hope the company owners are paying attention to these recent posts, your loyal customer base would not lie to you.

Not sure why so many bad reviews. I exclusively buy their sale hair that's supposed to be subpar and it lasts me months! I find their hair to be easier to dye than other brands, it doesn't have weird reactions to colors and dyes true like my actual hair.

Great service, especially so with the disruption of business due to the current pandemic. While in LA I needed to purchase some hair to repair Dread locs. I thought the store was open and went there, only to find out, open for Parking Lot Pick ups only. I was happy that I could have called and placed the order right there, a salesperson took my order, came out and gave me the hair, very friendly and professional.
