If I could give this place zero stars I would. The nurses are lazy and my mother isnt getting better due to the inconsistency of her medication. There is absolutely no consistency in this place. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The staff here treated my mother with dignity and respect. Staff went out of their way to put Mama and I at ease. I felt like family

I really don't know how to rate this facility. I have been in there twice. The 1st time I would have given them a 5 star rating. The 2nd time was a 2 or 3 rating. The 1st time I was getting bed baths, bed changed routinely, and quick response to my light being on. The 2nd time I had to ask for all types of what I consider routine jobs by the nurses. I have to say one thing that impressed me was the cleanliness. The 1st time there was no urine or feces smell. Housekeeping was in the room every day and the floors were mopped and waxed. The 2nd trip, housekeeping was in every day but I didn't see the floor people. However, I still didn't notice a smell. 2nd stay there was truly disappointing.

The nursing staff and director of nursing are caring, nice and advocating for my brother. But the doctor there does not listen too well with the concerns of family/relatives who has a medical background. Although, he was good in communicating with me via email. They kept my brother there who has end stage liver cirrhosis too long before he was transported to the ER and admitted to the hospital. They almost could not transport him on a regular med truck because his blood pressure was very very low. This was discovered only just before transport. The evening charge nurse was very rude telling me she has 100 patients to care for and even told my brother when he asked what the problem is said..."your sister is the problem!". The place is quite depressing and not very clean. If not for the caring staff, I would give them 2 stars only.

As others have said, onsite parking is limited to a small lot behind the building. There is a complimentary valet during the week (Monday through Friday), which is very helpful.
The parking is mostly for the employees, there never any room for any patients visitors. The law has changed for reserved parking the company would be taxed on any reserved red parking for the employees. but still leaves the visitors out of parking.
