This is the most racist facility i have ever worked at and im definitely making a complaint to the California department of public health for the way i was treated they do not care about they patients there vital signs machines do not work and when u mention it to your charge nurse they tell you to assume a number and when patients are in pain they ignore them Registry staff are treated so poorly and they have a very selective on who they help and if you are registry they are so dismissive i asked if we were going to have a daily huddle they said sometimes we do sometimes we don’t i asked for my assignment numerous of time i was ignored by the charge nurse if i could give negative stars i would -10

My sister is in the physical rehabilitation part of Kei-Ai. We’re very comfortable with them as far as we’re concerned that it’s well managed and well maintained. They seem to be attentive that my sister is comfortable with the care and they seem responsive. The food seems to be OK generally. It’s very clean and very well maintained. The staff is helpful. We have no complaints. Every meal isn’t the same, most are good, and some are disappointing. They have the gym and other rooms for other activities.

Kei-Ai Los Angeles Healthcare Center was highly recommended by a family member. It is very clean. They have very tight staff. Everyone there is very cordial, very nice, and very attentive. That was nice from the beginning, so I appreciated that. The meals that they serve are pretty appetizing. I was feeling great about that for my mom. They also provide her TV and everything, so it is great.

I visited my grandparent a few weeks backs I met Carlos in the hallway he stopped me and introduced himself and told me if my grandmother needed anything he can help out gave me his card. A few days ago I needed to make a emergency doctors appointment for my grandparent I called the facility got transfer kept getting the run around until I remember I had his card along with hid personal cell phone. no one has ever done that ( and I do give them my cell number ) so Carlos took care of the appointment and even went the extra mile by accompanying my grandparent to her appointment. All i can say is THANK YOU!

Google said $900. Since insurance was footing our bill I cannot be sure. I would look at other options though.
