I lost my job over a month ago and started coming to this office for help approximately 2 weeks ago or so... The Professionalism, Caring Heart, and the skills that these 2 ladies have is amazing. I worked with Rachel Hunter, and I am so happy and extremely grateful for all her help and guidance. Spoke on the phone with Ms. Karen Smith, who answered call promptly. Ms. Smith was extremely helpful and told me exactly what do do to file for unemployment and gave me additional information about the entire process.

I went there for the first time to send a fax, I was dressed nicely and front desk lady said to me tha fax machine is not working go to FedEx, I was really!! It seems that you dress is how you get treated, not good experience for be my first time there.
