I’ve been here twice in my life and both times I was waiting over 20 minutes before our DRINK orders were taken. Both times I came and they told me to sit wherever I wanted and then took an extremely long amount of time to come to the table, despite it being EXTREMELY slow and having almost no other customers. To add to that, it took over an hour for our food to come.

Food was good, service was terrible. Arrived at 9am - didn’t get our drink order taken until 20 after. Was told by our waitress we weren’t in her section but she’d help us anyways ( thanks?). The person whose section we were in walked by our table 20+ times looking at us but never stopped to help. Our food order was taken but we didn’t receive it for another 40+minutes. The only person who paid us any attention the entire time we were there was a new guy who was in training. Thank goodness for him or we’d still be waiting for our food. Editing my review to explain further - at the time I was there the restituant wasn’t busy. We were just ignored. They were only a handful of other customers in the location at the time. Outside of the new guy nobody checked on us or told us what was going on. They just wandered around aimlessly. I hope the bagpipers that came in before we left were treated better than we were.

Tried diner for the first time. Service was good, atmosphere was nice. My omelet was excellent, pan fries not so much, they seemed to be a frozen product cooked in a deep fryer, tasted burnt maybe old oil in fryer. Just not good at all.

I was really looking forward to trying something new. We were greeted right away and sat quickly. The staff was good and attentive, she did forget something but the world is short staffed, so I totally understood. She took our order quickly and then we sat.. we waited over 45 minutes for tasteless food. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so I was confused but again understanding. However, the pancakes were like cardboard and had no taste. They were so thin and they were hard. We were not the only ones who complained and we opted not to speak to the manager because by the time all of that happened we had been there for over an hour and fifteen minutes and we had to go. The bacon was mostly fat, the home fries were basically boiled potatoes with no flavor and the hash was way over cooked. The only thing that had taste was the toast, which was really good. Sadly, we will not be back and will not recommend. The space itself is great and the wait staff was awesome, but they can’t help that the food was just awful.
