I just visited the complex mid last week and I had a tour with Kiesha. I loved the exterior and interior of the complex. As I walked up to the leasing office I was greeted good morning! I enjoyed viewing the demo apartment. As I walked around the demo apartment I felt great energy and I know this will be our new home. I had such a friendly and great conversation with apartment manager Kiesha. My children and I are relocating to Maryland from up north. I really appreciate the other office staff. They were very professional and kind when I went back the same day with my leasing application completed. I can't wait for them to call us to let us know when we can move-in. School will be starting soon. Thank you for a welcoming experience Kiesha.

The office team is unprofessional impolite & Inconsiderate unorganized! They all need new job positions. I recently experienced this on several different occasions. Rudeness is not acceptable you never know what someone else going through. Just by reading the rest of the reviews I see I’m not the only one that feel this way about Monarch Mills management team..IT’S SAD…

Mr. Charles is Monarch Mills hidden Gem. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable on all the appliances in my unit. He cleans after himself, Always in a great mood and ensures our safety in the community. We have lived in this community for long enough to see the changes and turnovers. Mr. Charles Is one of the turn overs that has made the most positive impact in this community. Whenever I need any maintenance, He is on the job with a smile and in a timely manner. We appreciate all that he has done and continue to do.
