Only give one star bc I have to. What a joke. I’ve lived here for years. Never late. Never cause any problems. Good luck getting through to anyone ever in person or on the phone . Good luck ever seeing anyone come to fix your emergency problems. My bf has replaced and repaired EVERYTHING we have asked them to do. Including a broken deadbolt to our front door they didn’t consider a emergency. We waited 24 hours no one showed up. We fixed it ourselves. Our bathroom tub has back up and filled and FLOODED 3 yes 3 different times. With other peoples septic. Not emergency in the eyes of this complex. The laundry room on our floor has FLOODED into our apartment 4 different times. Also not a emergency. I’ve had a eviction notice stamped and ready on the door for my apartment number and someone else’s name. With a 0$ owed rent amount. And they expected ME to call and fix it with the court. AND the also just sent me a increase of rent. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE OR ELSE YOUR AS DUMB AS I AM I posted this a week ago. Funny the reply to every review but mine. Ironic.
