Super quiet and clean here.Great place to study, plus you can use the computers for one hour a day.

I've had so many bad experience at R.L.S. library. The LACK of Professionalism from the attendants is SHOCKING. No one greats, acknowledges or even makes eye contact with you when entering. If one asks for assistance it's OFTEN met with a heavy sighs as if your putting them out, isn't that there job to assist? Most there are so LAZY... example. The returned dvds, just sit on a cart while "they" read, talk and or ignore the clients, instead of replacing the materials back on the shelves in a timely manner. When I asked to see those checked in DVD I was refused and made to seem "unreasonable" for asking. Once when asking for assistance I was told "to do it myself" it's accsiable on the computer WOW. I was also told on two diffrent occasions I Did Not return materials only to find out they were there in the Library the entire time, I spent two hours looking for them, in my car, home even at work. The second time I was told I had outstanding materials I went in found the item on the shelf, and gave The " Head Librarian" a piece of my mind to no avail nothings has changed. I even offered to Come in on my days off to whip this place into shape, of course I was refused because that would mean running things efficiently, professionally and treating people with Care and Dignity. On a final and positive note, one librarian Olga is outstanding... knowledgeable, helpful and friendly but is rarely there. What ashame the others could learn so much from her excellent deminer and her excellent standards. She is a person of true quality. Thank you, Olga. Submitted by, William Garcia

One of the nicest, cleanest, and friendly library I have gone to it’s easy to print out stuff use the computers even though you don’t have a library card with them. The best thing is that they always give free books for people to take and there staff is really nice, friendly, and helpful there.

Library staff are knowledgeable and professional. This is my neighborhood oasis since childhood .memories of staff long gone , yet never forgotten . The facade is historic, yet the oak shelves and offices are long gone . Treat yourselves to the fun acivities daily .Say hello to Lupita Leyva it’s head director ..... OUT .
