I shop at different stores a lot. But today I went to Best Buy and their employee made a whole different shopping experience for me. Akemi has the best I mean it THE BEST customer service skills she helped me out with my needs and the product brand that they didn’t have she made it right and got me different brand for the same price. Keep up the great work if i could give 100 stars I would!!

Currently they are under a remodel. Opening mid May or so. You can still look on the app and if they have it in stock they will happily bring it out for you. The gentleman was very friendly in giving us this information. We ordered a new television and choose pickup. Everything went perfect. The gentlemen were very helpful and quick sliding the 65" tv in a Prius. Yes! You can fit a 65" television in a Prius. I checked measurements of the box, which you can usually find in the detailed description.

Went to upgrade my phone, Michael in the phone department was super helpful, patient with me, answering all my questions, made sure I was taken care of and was just super cool, made the experience of upgrading phones easy and painless.
