Very rushed haircut less than 15 minutes in the chair when I asked for layers, my bangs were cut straight across and not blended at all to match my long length hair when I had asked for flowy curtain bangs and framing pieces. Disappointed when I used to enjoy coming here

Took our daughter to get her hair cut for her birthday. Asked them to take 4” off and give her long layers. We turned our backs for 5 min to look at hair products and when we turned back around he had used CLIPPERS and cut off over 10” of her hair ! The lady manager was with a client right next to us and knew what had happened. She never said a word. Completely oblivious to the situation. All I could do was walk out before I caught an assault charge and landed back in prison.

I received the worst haircut I have ever had in my entire life a month ago from this place. I have curly hair and the stylist helping me said she did as well. So I thought I was in good hands. I was in the seat for 15 minutes. I told her the length I wanted cut off, not much. She put so much product in my hair it looked good in the seat but once I came home and washed my hair out I have been appalled by the most uneven cut I've ever seen! I like to straighten my hair and the way it looks straight is so bad. I loved going here in the past. Will never come here again. And if you love your hair, don't waste your time or money.
