Brian is a great representative of Metro. He has a great amount of knowledge in Metro pcs the company as well as the products they offer. The service is partnered with T-mobile which continues to have horrible service yet Metro seems to have a wide range of coverage. Brian will go out of his way to assist and offer the best customer service possible. I enjoy the experience. Update: I changed carriers as my boyfriend went with another company. I hated the service coverage and ultimately went bk to metro. I happened to switch carriers when they were having a promotion, switch to metro and get a free phone. I switch service at the store but ended up running out of time. Brian the previous manager told me to come bk and we'd hook my new phone up then. I thought great. But when I went bk Brian was no longer the manager. The new manager listened to me and told me too bad in so many words. I should of received my phone on the day I switched over. I said what does that matter? We went bk and fourth and finally I left saying I would write a new review and that I would be getting in touch with metro customer service as well as the owner and the manager acted like he didnt care. I don't know what happened to this store between then and now but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE ANYMORE! So disappointment by the new team. I'd love to see what the owner and metro has to say.

Customer service isn't just about being nice it's also about being honest and backing your product. I purchased a phone and upon speaking to customer service found that the sales person added insurance to my account without conferring with me about it. The adapter/charger that comes with the phone is no good but they will not comp you one...you have to buy a new one... so just being nice when you purchase something only goes so far.

I needed a phone quick so i decided to go to this store. I was very surprised with all the affordable plans they offer. The gentlemen that helped me seemed knowledgeable and was eager to answer any questions i had. I walked outta there a happy person :)

I can't answer that question but drop into the one on Baseline and 170th. They are great folks in a bodega like shop. Good coffee also.
