wonderful Hotel had a great breakfast with many choices, the rooms were big and had a full size refrigerator and kitchen :) very quiet for being off the freeway

Positive: Our family loves the family suites with two bathroooms best. Negative: The hotel was out of pool towels and regular towels. I had to call the manager to get towels. The highway was so loud, it kept me up at night!

Staybridge is my favorite lodging when traveling. This Staybridge is one I will not return to. The woman who checked us in was very rude and became visibily upset when I asked for an additional key (there were 3 adults). I had requested a crib and called the day before arriving to make sure there woule be one available. When we arrived in the room with a cranky infant needing a nap there was no crib. We called the front desk asking for one. The rude woman at the desk told us we would get one right away. After 30 minutes of waiting (with a VERY crabby baby by this time) my son went to the front desk to inquire. Once again the woman became upset and told him it would be there. She arrived with a crib within 5 minutes, opened the door and said "here's your crib." It did NOT seem like a busy day when I checked in and noticed @ breakfast how few guests were in in the common area eating or getting food to take to their rooms. I choose Staybridge for the utensils provided within the suite. There was nothing, including glasses (not even the plastic one)! Here's the positive experience, The woman who was working the breakfast area was amazing! She watched the food carefully and filled the items running low immediately. When in the back area she sang Disney songs and had such an amazing voice! We will NOT return and are sorry we didn't do Holiday Inn Express instead!

Positive: Every single staff member was kind, helpful, energetic, and genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped in the doorway. We always enjoy the Staybridge hotels, but the staff at this one was exceptional. Negative: The lobby/eating area is smaller than the Grand Forks location (although still comfortable and well designed).
