James took my reservation. He answered the Phone with a happy greeting. Our room was clean. The bed was so comfortable I slept amazing. The price was great and it also allowed our dog in the room.The covid breakfast had granola bar, muffin, and your choice 🍎or🍊. Will stay there again 😁

We really enjoyed our stay! Truly dog-friendly; we brought our 12-year-old yorkie on our roadtrip, and all of the staff were so kind to her and asked what her name is. The room was really large, and the bed was super comfy. It had a nice family vibe. Great breakfast too; lots of options both hot & cold! Thanks for the hospitality!

The Kelly Inn on 13th Ave. in Fargo is a great hotel. It's not really fancy, but has neat, clean, spacious rooms and good amenities (including afternoon snacks Tues. through Thurs.) for a hotel of its price. The staff member who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Our room was very big and had newer furniture. The continental breakfast is big and has an excellent range of choices. Note to parents: the cable actually has Disney Jr., which can make it easier to keep smaller kids occupied if you need some quiet. The location is also good--it's easy to get to both 29 and 94, and there are plenty if restaurants, grocery stores, etc. very close to the hotel. We found it to be an exceptionally good stop on our cross-country drive.

I stayed here for 6 days. It was decent. The water was horrible though. The taste, was gaggable. Leave water from the faucet there for half a day, come back to it not drinkable. Take a shower and you notice the difference with your hair The people a nice though, it's not run down. And the breakfast is good. I would recommend it. But the water system needs to be changed
