The worst customer service ever. Highly advice to stay away from this dealership. The finance manager Basir Sabati was very disrespectful left threatening voice mails for an error that the finance department had made, which was no fault of ours. Wasted 4 hours of our time while we were on vacation so that we could resolve this issue. Stay away from this dealership.

This dealership is certified trash and horrible. Their arrogant Turkish a$$h0l3 Sales Manager, told his sales person to tell my family to come out of the B7 Alpina SUV that we were considering to buy and lock the cars because we couldn't buy that car. I heard it and confronted him for his remarks. He said if I was serious, I wouldn't have asked if there was room for negotiation. I simply would pay the asking price. My head couldn't comprehend his logic. I took my family and went to BMW of Charlottesville, and ordered and bought it from there for a lot less than I would have paid at this place.

Considering this was my first luxury car purchase, I was very nervous to say the least. My Client Specialist, Karen Cruz, was AMAZING. Not only was she knowledgeable about the luxury car market, she was extremely personable and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire buying process. She was even kind enough to assist me with my vehicle settings and reassured me that there's nothing like owning a BMW. If you're considering purchasing a BMW and live in the Washington Metropolitan area, I highly recommend BMW of Alexandria.

Worst service ever! I’ve been calling everyday for 2 weeks to set up an appointment for service and nobody picks up the phone! When I finally got there, I was treated very unfairly! They’re rude and unprofessional!
