No place is perfect. But it is definitely a cozy community. Staff is wonderful. EVERYONE IS BUSY AND CANT DO EVERYTHING ON THE SPOT WHICH IS OKAY.. But definitely reasonable timing. Everything is starting to fall in place again. Some neighbors might need to be put in their place though. JUST HAVE A VOICE!!

I have been here from the opening of this place. Jennifer is the Greatest... I stopped cycling a year ago, but this place is in the heart of Sonoma County and I love it here. I have no car, but at age 67 I'm not really into getting a car, everything is in walking distance. Being a vet I use the bus system. There should be party's in Our Clubhouse, like when this place opened. Much Blessings to All

I've lived here 7 months now. The community is great. The other reviews about maintenance are true, it does take a while for them to get out to your place to fix anything. I do all repairs myself if needed. The main issue that isn't talked about enough is the lack of parking. If you're paying $2700+ a month for a 2 bedroom apartment, I would expect at least 2 parking spaces. Most units are only given 1 assigned space (besides the units with garages) when there can be up to 6 adults living there, (if in the 3 bedroom apartments). Doesn't make any sense to me. Towing and parking citations happens constantly so be careful where you park. Everyone is pretty quiet and keep to themselves. The gym is awesome. The pool/spa is great. I've never used the clubroom because covid restrictions but I would love to play pool there one day. Every now and again people let off fireworks but I don't really mind, I enjoy the show LOL. When walking around make sure to watch where you step, lots of dog owners don't pick up after their pets. That can be said about any community though. But don't let this deter you from living here. It's a nice place, decently priced, and in close proximity to all kinds of shops/restaurants/transportation.

I liked living here. The place is super nice and the grounds are really well taken care of and great for walking around in. The maintenance people are super chill and Jennifer in the office is the best. So is Amy. However, ownership is not great. They are lazy and don't care very much. We were supposed to have optical wifi but somebody had pulled the cable in our apartment and we needed it fixed. The from office was super nice but they couldn't get anything done without higher ownerships approval. Which never happens. It was months of emails, responsibility avoiding and zero progress. The bike locks were inaccessible because when ownership changed, old ownership never gave new ownership the keys and new ownership never did anything about it. The light switches in the unit are super expensive smart light switches that can connect to your phone and dim, but because of new ownership that service got discontinued so all they do is on and off. You can still unlock the front door and change the thermostat with your phone with is neat. Also the curtains are motorized. During covid there was a sign to reopen the pool, every time I would ask they said it would be soon, but it never happened. Again lazy! Any small fixes, like the oven light going out were easily taken care of by the property maintenance if they could do it. Parking is a little tough if you have more than one car but thats livable. Some nice things: They gave us 6 weeks of free rent for leasing which lowered the price considerably. Nice high ceilings, new appliances and modern layouts and in unit washer/ dryer. Bottom line, this place is super nice and a really pleasant living experience as long as you don't run into any major issues because if you do, no one will be there for you.

Hello Vianey, Great question! We have a clubhouse available on our community equipped with a pool table, guest computer, stainless steel GE appliances, media centers, books and board games, and more. Our clubhouse is available for resident's event rental from Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for a charge of rental fee in increments of every four hours.
