Recently moved from Tierra Springs Apartments. Lived there with my family for 6 years and experienced 6 resident managers, and two regional managers. The Apartment itself is beautiful, but poor management. They do nothing when you voice your complaints. Management enclosed in an email legally they do not have to provide security cameras. Tenants must have a court order for personal cameras. Yet they do nothing when random folks put personal cameras up invasion of everyones privacy, facing mail boxes. I hope to hear from April to give her feedback of my experience., with discrimination living at Tierra Springs.
