The best lovely place to live in

Terrible apartment complex unless u like ur apartment filled with cigarette smoke and lazy neighbors that don’t work. This is the most lowlife community I’ve ever lived in and management can’t control anything that goes on here and the fact that your other neighbors are all the homeless people in Santa Rosa that you get woken up by at 3am with yelling and things being thrown because they reside on the other side of your fence. Saddest place I’ve ever lived and it being so expensive you expect more that’s for sure. Don’t live here unless u plan on never being home. JUST TERRIBLE!!

Horrible, overpriced and unsafe. There's homeless people always rooting through the dumpsters. Also gunshots have been frequent. Break-ins by theivs are common. And they charge every unit here $100 each for garbage and there's only for dumpsters. Pool and hot tub close super early. just not a good place to live.
