My husband and I we residents from January 2016 through April 2019. We have both lived in many apartments in all different states. This one was atrocious and the worst we’ve lived in. When new management took over in the final year they started letting in everyone. First it was a couple below us, that within two weeks were escorted out by police after a weekend of pounding, hitting and screaming resulted in the woman yelling in the courtyard twice at three in the morning that her boyfriend was going to kill her. Next, in July 2018 was our neighbors directly next door, with a shared wall. Immediately we started complaining of cigarette smoke consuming our apartment. If we received any email back from the office at all we were lucky but usually it took at least a month. These people proceeded to not only smoke consistently but several times our hallway smelled of chemicals so bad it burned our throats coming from their apartment, they stole my birth certificate and passport in addition to other packages from our door, the police were there at least twice a week and had seedy people leaving knives and syringes in the hallways coming in and out breaking into the outside doors. IT TOOK AT LEAST NINE MONTHS OF CONSISTENT COMPLAINTS FOR THESE PEOPLE TO GET EVICTED. My passport was found in their trashed apartment when they left and when they couldn’t get through calling me to let me know, they didn’t email, the maintenance man stopped me in the hallway one day to tell me. They didn’t call the police and tell them, I had to ask a million questions about it to file my own police report and my birth certificate is still missing. After they were evicted they lived in the parking lot we pay to park in out of a stolen car. They stole my entire weeks worth of laundry out of the laundry room because it never stays locked and the woman that did it was caught on camera. All because the complex didn’t get a restraining order against them so they couldn’t get arrested if found on property. I still see the man that lived there walking the streets near the complex. After they moved in we had neighbors across the hall move in blasting their music all hours of the day and yelling on the phone or to each other constantly. Their dog barks all day long. Next to us and underneath us their music blares all the time and everyone who used to live around us moved. That’s not all. Somehow they screwed up our lease and had my husband and I sign two different documents in February 2018 and by December 2018 we were receiving letters saying we needed to put in a 30 day notice or re-sign. (our lease shouldn’t have been up until February) They also said we hadn’t been paying for our additional parking spot (in a lot unattached from the complex where 4 cars were busted into in the time we lived there with no security guard) and storage that up until new management we were paying for, and the only way to not owe them all of that back pay was to resign the lease for 6 months. We weren’t in a position to move yet, not anticipating having to until February and didn’t have the money to pay all of that back so we were forced to sign. The office manager (who was out at the time) realized months later that they had both of our separately signed leases on file that entire time and she was confused as to why we weren’t offered a three month lease if at all. (We were never told that was an option) One morning we came out to vomit splattered all over the sidewalks and building. That stayed there for a few days. There were always homeless people and trash on the benches near the “dog park” Dog poop was left everywhere and nobody was held accountable. Fire alarms went off once a month leaving all of us to wait outside for nearly an hour for the firefighters to clear the building. It got to the point that nobody even left their apartment when it happened. I’ve run out of room to write more, best of luck if you choose to live here.

I have lived here for the past year and a half, and its horrendous. Like a previous comment mentioned it was 9 days without hot water. This actually not being the first time. This has happened once or twice before. If this happens if you move in don't expect a reduction on rent, they refuse to do so. Even though in the contract its deemed uninhabitable and they are responsible for providing tenants with hot water. Even though it says its no smoking, the hallways and elevator smell like cigarette and marijuana smoke. People even smoke on the property. The parking situation is a nightmare. If you want a covered parking spot its 75 a month, uncovered is 55, and 35 uncovered parking in neighboring apartment complex, or have very limited free parking on the street. Which is even more limited due to construction on the lot we used to be able to park in for free. Like also mentioned in a previous comment, management is incompetent and rude. They take forever to process paperwork, even if you hound them about it and one manager in particular seems to have an issue with other females. She is really nice in dealing with males, but if you are a female she is exceedingly rude and almost hostile. Rent is also sent out the day of or day before its due. Rent is way to high for what its worth. I recommend finding elsewhere to rent, thats what we are doing. The only actual nice thing about this place is the grounds, but not at all worth it.

So, I just moved in here about a little more than a month ago. I think it's enough time to observe this environment. I'll just list the pros and cons. Pros: - The manager, Felicia, is very knowledgeable. - There's always parking. - The neighbors are quiet, even with pets. - There's a gym. Cons: - The leasing consultant, Melissa, isn't very knowledgeable. There were a lot of questions that she couldn't answer when I asked her. - Some of the washers don't work very well. After using them, they left my clothes soaking wet. And sometimes it'll say that it was a bad read, and charge you anyway even though it didn't even work. - There were cochroaches when we first moved in. There are more consistent, but there things that happen off the premises that affect the tenants.
