We are current residents here. We have been residents for the past almost two years and moved into the apartments when they were brand new. We are writing this review in the month July and our air conditioner has been broken for the past nearly 2 months during some of the the hottest temperatures of the year. We have contacted the management team multiple times but are yet to get a concrete answer for when the AC will be fixed. During our two years here there has been a turnover of the management staff multiple times. We have lived in apartments basically our entire adult lives and have never had a more unresponsive management/maintenance team. We don't generally like to post negative reviews but are hoping that this will help to get our AC repaired in a timely fashion because nothing else seems to be working at this point.

This property is exactly what I’m looking for. It’s the newest and nicest place in the area. I came by to check it out and Brittany was very nice to talk with me for so long. I will hopefully be moving in around New Years and can’t wait.

I absolutely love it here. The amenities are amazing. My favorite is the washer and dryer, it's a large enough to wash your bedding. The staff are very helpful and so nice.
