I have been waiting for a package to be delivered that is said to be on a delivery truck for 3 days after being told when the driver attempted to deliver the package it was not on the truck. I asked a representative if I could pick up the package from facility and was told I could but I received a text informing me that my package is on a delivery truck and will be delivered up to 5 days from now. Now I'm on hold with an agent that is waiting for me to hang up from frustration. He checks every so often to see if I'm still on the line and places me on hold again. If this is excellent customer service I'd hate to experience bad! This mistake has not only inconvenienced me but it has costed me a significant loss of income as well.

Waiting outside at 8:10 and no one is opening the location. Person waiting said they open when they want to and never on time.

I've called 2-3 FedEx locations and everyone says my package is here. I cannot get anyone on the phone and I went in person and was told it wasn't there. I will be speaking to someone boss/ corporate if it's here the whole time.

I get five different people promising five different things, none of which happen. It will be out for delivery (by 8 o'clock), then a few hours later just return to the facility... Why am I paying overnight shipping, if it's going to take longer? And don't even get me started on them throwing boxes full of glass.
