The website said they had it but they didn’t. The woman at the returns desk was rude. The woman who helped me look for the item was great and even called another store for me to check if they have it. I also came to buy hot pepper suet blocks for our bird feeders which they don’t carry. Waste of a drive, but kudos to the woman who helped me.

Some of the employees are amazing! Then your other ones that act as though you are bothering them. Or even better, they act as if you are far too inferior to understand their job or what they need to do. Honestly I went there today and had a terrible experience. And it was from a female manager at customer service. If I didn't love that store so much I would never go back. But that's just one day of many

While items are out to look at and touch, I was told I was not allowed to hold the item I wanted to buy. It was a battery powered screwdriver. So very sad Lowes makes you feel badly for shopping there. After many years I won’t be back sadly. Always was a big fan but I guess Lowes is profiling it appears for people that look like they might steel it I guess. She only told me company policy but gave no other reason. I really wanted to read the box but I guess that’s not ok. Oh well… just very sad as Lowes is pre judging shoppers now. Shameful…

The employees that work the floor are always so helpful. The cashiers need more customer service training and they definitely need better Management. They are hiring, I filled out an application and every time I call they say Management is not in and they dont know when she'll be available. Never recvd a call back, but they say they're short staffed. hmmm.

What's your starting point
Not enough info, if you have shelves with brackets using wood screws into wall studs generally gives the best performance with heavy shelves. If you're looking to make brackets for glass, you need a lot of support, more for thinner glass, and most off the shelf solutions are made for wood. You'll notice most glass shelves or tables have glass insets supported all the way around, or thick tempered glass with fairly wide and thick support from the bottom. Glass is hard because it is brittle and difficult to attach cleanly. Good luck.
Masks are required, they have plastic screen barriers between you and the cashier, for the most part social distancing is doable
Lowe's carries n95s. According to website, So. Kansas City store has them in stock.
Im sorry I have no idea.
