The apartment itself wasn’t too bad. However, I was going through a very messy divorce in which my ex contacted the office and an employee in the office released my income which is personal information to my ex husband. I then received a call from Lix wanting me to re-verify my income. Absolutely not! As a tenant who was never late and besides a vindictive ex I didn’t bother anyone. I have since obtained a lawyer as my safety was jeopardized.

Beautiful! Safe, responsive maintenance and friendly neighbors! Very quiet, beautiful grounds and a nice doggie park. Keep doing a great job! I have lived here since 2021.

Don't live there went to visit a friend. I must say it's a nice place quiet. The apartment is amazing and spacious. I must say From NYC to Dover DE is a big difference quiet clean. Shopping near is a good thing. Not gonna lie I would love to move there. They always say go out to place at night and on a weekend to see how a place is. Went there on a Saturday on a afternoon very quiet. Would love to know how the rent is. What may get you is the utilities but look like a safe quiet neighborhood.
