Moved here in this past June. The apartment was not ready but was told everything would be ready for move in. Signed lease and didn't move in for 5 days. When I did move in none of the issues with the apartment not being ready were addressed. The living room shade was not up, the closet doors were not in and they still fall out of the track regularly, the apartment was dirty with a previous tenants clothing still in the dryer. Shortly after moving in the AC stopped working. It took weeks to get get a replacement. We'll see if the heat works. The fridge went as well but that was replaced quickly. Screens still have large holes in them and they've not been replaced. Just lots of little things. Using the resident portal is useless. The most recent issue was something was burning in the apartment, I sent a notice to the office and to date nothing has been done. If you have a pit bull and want to move here, don't worry about what the lease says, there are pit bulls here. If you smoke don't worry about that either in the lease. The grounds and buildings are a mess. To end on a better note, the maintenance crew, when they know about a problem, will resolve if you by pass the office staff.

Oh Please…. It’s bad. Really. Seriously. We originally moved here from another state. Don’t believe the photos… we laughed when we saw the “updated” photos. Believe the reviews… as a former tenant, save yourself the frustration and money. I’ve done apartment living… this was a nightmare for us….I saw more bugs inside our apartment than outside the apartment and I’m a die hard camper. Help will be hard to get; the office is closed when it’s supposed to be open; it will take a long time to get things repaired. Every appliance we needed broke down within a month, doors came off its hinges within days. No lie…an apartment security door was damaged in the complex and it took two months to get a security door in the complex fixed…and the residents who live there were angry! You would be too if that was supposed to be a secured building. Instead of doing real upgrades, they power washed the buildings and fixed the sidewalks…so if one is interested in a somewhat shiny exterior apartment complex, you will have that. I won’t fault anyone if this place is within your budget but if you can seek other arrangements- I truly suggest you do so.

I had an appointment to see an apartment and they told me I had to leave my license, which is fine other places have that requirement as well but the issue with this place was they wanted me to leave it unattended in the lobby of the clubhouse and when I said I wasn't comfortable with that they refused to show me an apartment, thankfully their are many other options in that area.

This place is a scam they charge you $50 for a application fee have you send in all kinds of personal information ran my credit report and stated I was denied never gave me no reasoning in black and white why I was denied but gave me a run around claiming the person who did my application was no longer in the office they have until tomorrow to give me that in writing or I will be contacting crime complaint center and the fair housing commission.
