Second dip nail First was perfect beautiful . Movie buff color nails all beautifully shaped Second time - I asked for movie Buff same color as before At the beginning of the process the dip ran out the nail tech came back with a new jar I clearly said I don’t think that’s movie buff Techs reply “ yes yes” “ new new” quickly tipped label - so fast I could not see- I asked several times to see it the nail tech just started brushing my nails as I was already started the process a few coats on my nails I waited to see . I continued my objections The Tech appeared to not understand my objections The nail tech continued sawing every away at my nails Not the way a properly trained nail tech would ever address nails I then spoke loudly the other nail techs looked over I asked the manage is this move buff? I was told all was “ ok ok “ The shade appeared off put I couldn’t see in the light and with out my glasses left in the car . Needless to say when I got out of the salon My nails looked like those of a 12 year old child Not the pale white pink of Movie Buff But a child pink color . My Nails looked stubby like an untrained preteen gave me the manicure. Nails not uninformed - dip powder piled on like goo I can’t fix my nails for at least 4 weeks As it was a dip and I need to let my nails grow out I DO NOT have the time to get manicures I get manicures for work I work with people in person I must look cry polished put together I don’t have time to get a manicure every week It’s not a luxury for me It is a requirement for my work to look polished I am so disheartened The fact that I did raise concerns about the color and method of application and was told Everything is fine . Numerous times “ fine fine” it was not fine! Yes in retrospect I should have gotten mid manicure and left I don’t have the luxury of time- In the moment their reassurance that all was well , I trusted I now have to endure comments from clients regarding my bubble gum nails that look like a fourth grader did them at a sleep over If the nail tech and mange took the time to honor my concerns rather than dismiss me by telling me everything was fine I would not be writing this review

Very disappointed. Not welcoming. I felt they rushed and were sloppy through the whole appointment. Got my gel manicure and they did not put on enough coats, can still see through my nails. Also missed spots on the sides of my nails. The paint doesn’t go all the way down to my cuticles. I will not be returning.
