Don't go in this place on a Sunday and expect to get out in a hurry, unless you know where what you're looking for is physically located, and you don't have any technical questions to ask. There are some knowledgeable people around, but not in every department, and not all at the same time. So, if you're looking to make a list of what wiring you need, what epoxy you need, what under counter sink clips you need, how to glue the sink, how to attach the disposal and plumb a double sink, you're not going to be able to find right guys in all the departments you need.

Employees are very helpful. We have bought many things at Home Depot in last couple of month. Bought a Ryobi electric lawn mower (40 V). It's light weight, easy to assemble, the battery charges in little time, and quiet compared to regular lawn mowers.

Abhorrent customer service. Bought a tool kit that was advertised as including batteries and a charger, but I got home and found that it was a bare tool. They refused to supply what was not in the box because "it was on clearance." I don't care about the damn number on the box, I just wanted what was advertised. Only reason this is not a one-star is because I was offered a heavy discount, but only three-star as this place is poorly operated and severely lacking stock.

Dead plants everywhere you look. Do they water. It really takes a lot of time for merchandisers to set up displays to give an appeal to customers , but these stores need to water. If you find that plants are burnt on top or mildew or mold have formed its due to inappropriate watering. For some reason they make sure the tops of the plants get water, but the plants mouth is in the pot. Feel the soil in the pots and it's usually dry. A lot of these plants need TLC. The esthetic look of the plants make the store look bad inside and out. I noticed they have a lot of shrubs are currently on sale at 50% off. What a great bargain. My only problem is the amount of dead, brown plants. Water water water. Still you can find great bargain inside the store too. Don't get me wrong, this is probably the most professional staff out of all the KC area home depots. They really care about their customer and are personable and friendly staff are eager to help you with your everyday home needs. Check them out.
