Its an alright store. Prices were a little higher than expected on a lot of items. Furniture was extremely over priced but a lot more at a bargain!

Prices were marked different for exact same item when asked we were told we could have for cheapest price as we were gathering them lady at counter decided to THEN go and ask about prices, were then told we could not have all at lowest …I apologize for your experience. You wanted particular items at a price that was 25 cents. We honored that price. Once you checked out. I had my casher pull those items to price them at the actual price which should have been 50 cents. No one yelled. The items in the basket were not correct. Sometimes we have a combination of volunteers and employees who get items priced wrong. We correct this pricing issues as we go. We take care of our customers. Part of taking care of our customers is ensuring prices are correct so another customer does not have the same experience. That is how we get better. You are correct about the receipt. It should have reflected this and this training issue will be handled.

Yes we do accept clean used toilets. We will often remove the toilet seats before selling because of stains and we do not accept used toilet seats alone. We do accept new toilet seats.
Yep. They take appliances, lumber, construction items, furniture and anything you can use in a house.

Yes they will take just about anything they have furniture light and water fixtures tile wood trim you name it....i found the attic fan louvers i needed...used

Staff, customers and volunteers are required to follow the government mandates for facemasks. Donations are cleaned and disinfected before being put on the floor. High touch areas are disinfected frequently.

We do not accept electronics. If it is working I would ask Salvation Army. If not try recyclespot.com and they could help you dispose of safely. Also on September 26 there is a recycling event - Overland Park Extravaganza that I believe will have a place to dispose of electronics. Look up on Google for website with details.

since it is based on donations and there can be many different styles of windows with those measurements pricing is difficult. You probably would want to just go into the store and look through the inventory of Windows that they have available.
I love restore. You never know what you're going to find there I got brand new brass handles for my bathroom cabinet for a dollar a piece and found a add on door that has mini blinds enclosed in glass for $10. They will also accept project materials that you have left over.another thing that we realize they have is paint and if you're not looking for a specific color necessarily they have a wide selection of large 5 gallon things of paint for very little money and the type of paint is Mark clearly on it. You do have to go look and see what they have. It's an adventure!
They usually have at least one. Prices vary on what they have. They may be as cheap as $25 but usually more. Check them out.

Yes to the furniture as long as it's in good condition and mostly yes to the yard equipment if it's not gas powered. Our trucks aren't chemical rated sorry
It's gotta be within 5 years old and full gallons or at least a gallon in a five gallon bucket. North Oak doesn't have fire suppression so we can't do oil based paints. If you live in KC and if it doesn't meet our requirements, you can try Household Hazardous Waste.

We have one used ac unit but i think it's either a 4 or 5 ton for $50 at the North oak location
