I came in here to print out my IHSS application a week ago and I couldn't get the code to work so Leslie told me to log into the wifi there I did and I got the code right away, but the machine didn't take cash so Leslie actually said she could take care of me at the front and she was very happy to assist me and she was extra nice and friendly with me and my husband and very informative about everything I needed to know so thank u so much Leslie because of u I will be coming in again to have my stuff printed and copied u are awesome!

Great experience! I had to print materials for my sister's memorial service. It was a very difficult time and I was a little overwhelmed with the responsibility of planning a service. Leslie and Michael K were helpful and patient. I am truly grateful 🙂

The service is usually friendly at this spot but I have to say that FedEx in general can be a rip-off. I was at the counter and told that I could print my files on my own. Even though I asked if I could do it at the counter I was asked to do it myself. I tried doing it myself after asking for a heavier card stock and the machine told me that my file size was too large (anything over 50MB is too large). Back to the counter I went. This time I was told that a PDF file would be faster for their systems instead of a tiff file so I went over to the do-it-yourself design stations and racked up a $17.00 bill because their systems are SO SLOW. I'm a graphic designer for a living so I know how to handle photoshop and illustrator but for me to get in and out using their machines it took me about 35-40 mins - kind of ridiculous. I guess if anything it was cheaper then the gas money to drive back home and they have a "Designer" fee which applies to any altercations of work. I didn't want to pay that either because pride got in the way. Like I mentioned before, the customer service at this store in particular is nice. I just wish they would help out a little more instead of trying to get me to do it on my own. Personal preference.
