Dropped of an Amazon return here. The place is clean and got help in a jiffy. It used to be a few doors down, now it's on the corner.

SCAM alert!! The owner of this store is greedily charging customers $3.00 just to send an email to the store! While in the store handling my product, the kind lady at the counter said she'd print the shipping label out for me (which I'd be more than happy to pay for) but to email it to her first would cost $3 per owner policy. I'll find another store from now on.

The staff at this UPS store are very unprofessional. Whenever I come to mail out a package they always make the process more difficult than it needs to be. Even when I hand them a package that has been pre-labeled they still have trouble shipping it out due to lack of job competence. It is appalling to see how bad the customer service is. The staff are incapable to the point that they can't do any task beyond operating a barcode scanner. Each time they were unable to process a package, I took it to another UPS store and had the same package shipped out immediately.
