First time in this store and it's probably the best shipping experience (UPS or otherwise) that I've ever had. The woman who helped me - Amy - was so dang pleasant, informative, fast, and polite. The customer service industry needs more people like Amy. Also it helps that their envelope prices we're half the cost of Walgreens. Will forever come back to this store to ship anything in the future.

This morning I was shocked at the poor treatment, the rudeness, the unwilliness to try to insure any confidence in the business practices, and most especially, for the lack of care for the customer's concerns and needs at the 2360 Mendocino UPS store with several interactions. Having me in tears with concern and for the treatment I experienced, I moved my package to the Fulton UPS store where I was treated with respect and compassion for the need I had getting a priority medical package out in a timely basis. This blatant rudeness was unacceptable and certainly far from professional. His game-playing communication was shockingly dismissive. This clerk I mention is NOT the blond haired young man.
