Today while visiting this location to use their live scan services, I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior of the location's notary. I decided to wait the 45 minutes she estimated I would need to wait for my turn. After waiting 45 minutes, she told me I would need to wait an additional 45. Then she snidely replied that I could have left at anytime. Yes, she was rude and delivered poor customer service but even worse was how as I stood in the store, she bragged and over shared about details of past notary transactions. Surely CA values, and requires confidentiality and discretion from it's notary professionals? Don't come here for her services if you do.

This is the best UPS Store in town! We give them huge orders and they are always done quickly and with care. We send them print jobs almost daily. Their customer service is excellent. All of the employees are so kind and very helpful!

The UPS Store is Excellent on all counts! I'm a playwright and I have my Playbills printed for every show with UPS at this location. Also, I've had my Journaling book printed and bound as well as other print services. Jackie and her husband are wonderful to work with and they set the standard for their store. They offer a personal touch which makes me feel welcomed. She always knows my name and my project and knows exactly where it is. They're friendly, have great quality printing, they are on time, fast and have great customer service. They also had the best prices because with my limited budget I got a lot of quotes and they beat all the prices by a huge margin. You won't be disappointed!
