Don't you just love bringing home a pricy cut of meat. Only to re-butcher it, end up with a pile of garbage and a pile you marinade 2 days to put in a dehydrator to turn to dog Jerky. Because that pricy meat can't make a table. Meat that has green spots when cooked is quite unacceptable. Been a customer since the early 90s. Won't go back. I would be ashamed of myself to butcher and sell what I've received and have my name associated with shoddy work.
