We always park here and while I always feel like the lot will be full and we will have to wait forever for a shuttle, they have yet to let us down. Friendly staff!!!

Good price, decent location if you are south of airport but the shuttle service is terrible. I waited for 25 mins.I don’t think I’ll use them again.

This place served me well for years pre-COVID but I’ve really seen their shuttle service take a drastic downturn in recent years. I just waited over a half hour for a shuttle I was told would be to me “in ten minutes”. In that time I watched and counted no less than 5 Park SFO shuttles come and go. Will be switching vendors.

Very convenient parking and shuttle service to SFO. Prices are responsible. However, I didn't notice a covered parking area but they have a valet service. For shuttle service back to your car. After you claim your luggage, go to the 2nd level and catch it across the st in front of entrance 5.

Yes, as long as he has the parking ticket/token.
Normally, as everyone else has said, there's no need for a reservation. But once, around Christmas, we were turned away because the lot was full, and now we always make a reservation (sometimes just on the way there) -- just one less thing to worry about going wrong.
