The earlier reviews scared me, but I decided to go with them anyway. Everything went exactly as advertised! We got in just fine with our QR code, and were shuttled over to the airport at the times posted. I put the checkout time a few hours after I landed on the day I returned just to be safe, and when I landed I caught a ride with the exact same shuttle. QR code worked perfectly to get out, and I couldn’t be more satisfied!

Easy access. Plenty parking spaces. Excellent shuttle to and from SFO. Shuttle runs every half hour.

Never again! Waited for over an hour at the airport. Shuttle is NOT every 30 minutes. Phone is just an answering machine…People just want to go home after they land. An hour long wait is insane for a parking lot that’s 8 minutes away.

Great parking facility, hotel answers the phone - but GOD AWFUL shuttle operation. They claim a shuttle comes every half an hour. I’ve been waiting for one for over an HOUR now. I called twice and the staff assured me someone was coming, but still no shuttle. Didn’t even offer refund or coupon to compensate for the massive waste of time. Never parking here again.

Call the company, and also check to see if your card has been charged. Because u should have gotten a email with a barcode you can scan
