It is a volunteer outfit run by the Sacramento County chapter of the California Native Plant Society. They hold sales twice a year (spring and fall). You order through their website (and some items sell out quickly), then you pick up the following weekend.

Yes, there are stonecrop and dudleyas that are native to the area and are sold at the nursery.
