This is an older Michael's store so it's a little more run down. You will need to find a sales associate to let you into the public restrooms. That being said, I have been shopping at this Michael's for a couple of decades and love this location. When I need to shop at this Michael's location, I often park my car there, shop, and then walk over to the nearby, brand new, Starbucks to get a beverage. It makes for a pleasant shopping trip.

I walked in to Michael's and inquired if they might carry a particular item when the person I asked answered, "I don't think we carry that item..." and when she wasn't sure she went to a co-worker and as they figured it out they let me know. I went straight over and got it as I remembered something else I was to get when I inquired they knew exactly where I could find it.

Smaller store yet with good stocking on items hard to find at my nearest Michael's store. Worth the call and trip. Super staff too, not accustomed to getting real help.
