Fed ex always makes mistakes. Order 274118919277 was NOT delivered to me yesterday! Where is my sofa?? I was home all day with my kids. Show me the pictures of where it was delivered! I didn't receive this. Fed ex delivered my laptop to someone else by mistake! They delivered my first sofa set to someone else by mistake! I hate fed ex. I can't believe they did this again! I never received this order. Please investigate your drivers and refund all of my money to me! The only item that you did not deliver wrong was the washer/ dryer i didn't even want anymore because it arrived 1 month late and signature was required so the driver waited and delivered it to my door! Fed ex is the WORST. ZERO STARS but one star just to warn everyone!

Horrible customer service. I came here to pick up a missed package from the day before. The next day, I called FedEx at 8:10 AM (this location opens at 8 am) to tell them that I wanted to pick up my package at this location and they don’t have to deliver it. They confirmed yes, I could come to pick up my package at this location. At noon, I came here to pick up my package. The staff who helped me was a new one or trainee. I understand that she was new, but I feel sorry for her since she had to work with other rude coworkers. 1. While she was asking me for my tracking number, another staff came to another station and asked 3 OTHER DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS who were STANDING BEHIND me. BOTH THE STAFF AND CUSTOMERS BEHIND ME TALKED SO LOUD - since they stood way behind me, not in the front of his station, they had to SCREAM LOUD to make sure that he could hear them. As a result, the new staff even could not hear what I read to her. She had to ask me to write the number down on a piece of paper. I wrote it down for her. 2. After checking my number, she told me my package was in the truck now. I asked why since I called them in the early morning and they confirmed that my package would not be in the truck and I could come to pick it up. This location was 20 mins away from my place. She gave me some explanations that did not make sense to me. I had to ask her 2 times what I was supposed to do if I missed the package again and who I should call to ask them not to deliver my package. 3. At this time, another woman staff who was White with tight curly hair came to the station which was next to the new staff (Black) who was helping me. The new staff immediately asked for help from that woman “Excuse me, can I have a question?”. That staff was ignoring her and called the next customer coming to her station. After that, she turned to the new staff and told her “Can you wait?” 4. I still had to ask the new staff what I was supposed to do if FedEx had confirmed to me that I could come to pick up my package and now it was in the truck. The new staff could not answer my question. 5. Then, later on, the 1st staff who was so rude to ask the other 3 different customers behind me, finally came to check my issue and gave me a better explanation. Also, the curly hair staff also jumped into our conversation by saying “You called at 8:10 was too late. The truck drivers had already left at that time.” Once someone asked her a question, and she didn’t want to answer. Now, nobody asked her a question and she still wanted to jump in to say something. This was the first time I came to this location. It was a horrible experience. Of course, I will never come back to this place. Especially, observing a new staff was treated rudely by other (White) coworkers hurt my feeling too. I feel so sorry for her and wish she could overcome this rudeness from her coworkers.

Super easy access. During this quarantine they have a button, like a doorbell to press on to call an associate and drop off your box. I’ve only done drop off and it’s so simple so easy. I love it. Nice customer service, friendly :)

I just got home and there's a FedEx Package Door Tag on my door and there's a check in the box that states "No further delivery attempts will be made Pick up the shipment at the address above." Why isn't it delivered to me instead?

They have next day, 2 day air, ground service. Reliable, tracking numbers, best service, I tbink.
