It's a nice looking place to live. Clean and quiet. I really liked the apartment we looked at. The kitchen was nice size, gas stove, w/d in unit. A huge plus. Too much carpet. But still nice. Nice size patio also. The downside is they want 3 times the rent. Plus, the longer an apartment sits vacant, the higher you pay, which seems like a rip off to me. My husband makes more than enough to pay the rent and then some, but we don't make 3 tines that. Basically, you need to be making at least 8 to 9 thousand a month to get a 2bed 1bath apartment here. Might as well buy a house. At least you'd own it and you wouldn't be making the corporate company Greystar richer. I would still live here, if I only we were ballin' like that.

I have no idea why the rating is bad for this apartment complex. I've lived here almost a year and it's beautifully clean, the amenities are unmatched for this price point pretty much anywhere else, the staff is super nice and ready to help, and it feels like you're in a tropical resort when you're in the pool area. I really love this apartment. My only problem with it is parking... Unless you pay for it, it's a daily struggle especially because the people that pay for it seem to always get the uncovered spots since they swap out their covered spots with the uncovered spots everyday. But that's a people problem besides there just needing to be more spots. Overall, this was a diamond in the rough when I was searching apartments and I'm still shocked that I live here. It's beautiful and a place that I'm really proud to bring visitors to. The rating needs to go up because they deserve it! ❤️💎

Terrible experience, we applied to take an apartment and we paid the deposit and the value of each application together with my husband and our roommate. Before applying we called to confirm the prices and they told us that those were the prices on the page, they called us the next day to tell us that those were not the prices and that they were going to return our money. And now I have a problem because where I am currently living I have to hand over my apartment. We feel that they discriminated against us and they did not solve anything for us. This really is false advertising and playing with people's time and money. If it's just like that to start taking over the apartment, I can't imagine what the rest is like. I do not recommend them at all, they really hurt us a lot.

For the area, the rent for a 2 bed 2 bath isn't bad. The front office personnel are really nice and friendly and the facilities here are kept up with. The apt itself is beautiful and fixated with newer looking appliances with good lighting. A/C works great but def not going to rely on it if I don't have to as I'm sure electric could get spendy. Plenty of wall plugs like almost every wall has one or more. The pool area is clean and have showers to rinse. Parking is enforced and have security personnel as well. So far it's great! Will update if anything changes
