Once again another miserable dissappointing experience at Mcdonald's. I show up 8 minutes before closing with 3 cars in front of me in the drive through, all getting food. I speak out into the speaker asking if someone was there the entire time. No one answers and at midnight they say they are closed and shut the light out to the menu board. Way to just let me sit there when you could have taken my order. Absolutly no regard for customer concern like usual. I call them when I get home and they dont answer , also like usual. My question is does Mcdonald's think they can continue to offer such poor service and frequently poor product and not eventually go under, when there are other restaurants stepping their game up like Chic fil A. The days of old school fast food are now days of over priced, poor quality and even worse service. Its only time before they are a thing of the past.

Horrible I only went there for two sweet teas. Waited about 7 Minutes in drive-thru . I gave the lady my credit card she ran it gave it back to . They were out of sweet tea the man was going to have to go to the back to fill. So I suggested I would pull over into the little spot where you wait to have them bring your food out because there was a very long line and I didn't want to hold it up. I saw other people's orders there ready through the window I didn't want their food to get cold. She said okay. I sat there for about 10 minutes nobody came out with my teeth I walked up to the window and asked for my tea she gave them to me. Then a employee came outside shouting hey you didn't pay for those. I said yes I did. He said don't worry about it people steal from us all the time. I was on my way back to get in line to ask the lady didn't you remember me giving you my credit card. He said never mind don't worry about it I got it I'll pay for it. So I left when I got home I checked my statement and there was a pending charge for McDonald's for $2 and 12 cents. All that for nothing.

Food is warm. Giving 2 stars for that. So ordered the $9.49 Crunchy Double off the HACK menu. It should be HOAX menu. My food isn't as shown 1 sandwich, see pictures. Don't buy! Seriously it wasn't worth almost $10.00
